Gujarat woman alleges molestation by brother of husband’s girlfriend

AHMEDABAD: A 32-year-old woman, the mother of a 10-year-old girl, has alleged in an FIR at Narol police station, that she was molested by the brother of her husband’s girlfriend. She has accused the man, her husband and his girlfriend of assaulting and intimidating her.
The complainant alleged that her husband was in an illicit relationship with a woman and the woman’s brother used to harass her.On Monday evening, her husband’s girlfriend and her brother stopped her near her house and started arguing with her.
The woman and her brother started assaulting her and the brother later tore her top and molested her, the FIR states.
“When I asked my husband why he was giving half his salary to his girlfriend, he got angry at me and started abusing me. He hit me on my legs with a stick. When my husband left our house, his girlfriend and her brother, who live in front of our house, rushed towards me. Her brother said that his sister is in a relationship with my husband and proposed that I enter into an affair with him,” stated the woman.
The complainant then asked the other woman why she was in an illicit relationship with her husband, which made them angrier and they started thrashing the complainant.
“One of the brothers of my husband’s girlfriend grabbed my hair and another brother grabbed my breasts, tore my clothes and started molesting me,” the complainant alleged.
After this, the woman approached Narol police and filed the complaint against the husband, his girlfriend and her two brothers.
