5 booked for harassing girl students

JIND: Police on Tuesday booked five boys for allegedly harassing girl students on their way to school in Julana town of Jind district. Julana police station house officer Surender Singh said a case was registered against five boys under Prevention of Child from Sexual Harassment (POCSO) on the basis of complaint by the victims’ parents. He said the complainants told police that the accused would wait for the girls and pass comments.He said the matter is being investigated and the accused would be arrested soon.
