Nun's family to approach Kerala HC demanding arrest of Jalandhar Bishop

KOCHI: The family of a Nun, who has accused Jalandhar Bishop Franco Mulakal of rape, has decided to move to Kerala high court demanding his immediate arrest.
A group of nuns are protesting near Kerala high court demanding the ouster of Bishop Franco. The nun’s family members have also decided to join the protest of fellow nuns in Kochi. Read this story in Malayalam
Meanwhile, the investigation team probing the rape case was expanded to include 2 Circle Inspectors and a cyber-cell Sub Inspector.The probe is almost over, said Harishanker, the Superintend of Police.
The Police may ask Jalandhar Bishop to appear before investigation team in Kerala.
