Rituparna enjoying family time in Singapore

Superstar Rituparna Sengupta, who is enjoying family time in Singapore, was excited to witness the motorcade trailing US President Donald Trump’s limousine as he arrived in Singapore for a landmark summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. The massive fleet of vehicles comprising several black SUVs carrying officials and intelligence personnel, could be seen right from Ritu's apartment in Singapore.

Speaking to us from Singapore, Ritu said, "I visited Singapore after long. I was wrapping up all my pending films including promotions for Drishtikone. At the same time, I was also completing Aha Re and Damini's schedules. So I wanted a break desperately and a well deserved one I feel! I know many directors were left disappointed knowing I'll gone for a while but I needed this break." So what's keeping her busy in Singapore, we ask her. "I'm a cook in the making and trying to cook up a storm in the kitchen and feed my friends! I am having a great time with my friends here and giving my husband a lot of time. He has a lot of grievances — even after 18 years of marriage! My son's exams are also very important so I thought I'll stick around longer. I will be back to work later next week."
