While Tollywood is abuzz on who will play the next Feluda in Sandip Ray’s next installment of the iconic sleuth Jisshu Sengupta has confirmed that he hasn’t received any offer to essay out Feluda’s character. Only a few months back there were rumours about Jisshu playing the iconic sleuth in the next film. Sandip Ray will make next Feluda movie based on Satyajit Ray's 'Chinnomastar Obhishap' and speculation is rife he is looking for a new Feluda.

While elaborating on his next projects the dashing actor said: “I have no such Feluda offers for now. Plus, I am already committed to so many projects. It’s not an easy thing to play such an iconic character; it needs a lot of preparation and time. But I would definitely look into it if any offer comes in future.”
Sandip Ray is right now busy with his next ‘Professor Shonku O El Dorado’. He will only start working on next Feluda film after completing his current project. Not only Feluda, there is still an uncertainty about who will reprise the role of Jatayu. Santosh Dutta literally immortalised Jatayu who played the role in Sonar Kella (1974) and Joy Baba Felunath (1979). However, since Dutta’s demise, Bibhu Bhattacharya played the role on the big screen before he died in 2011.
