Amidst buzz about an engagement announcement from Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas and his parents, Paul Kevin Jonas and Denise Jonas were spotted arriving into Mumbai city late Thursday night. The American singer and his parents were given a very warm welcome by the paparazzi who cheered, "Welcome to India, Nick."

Dressed in their casual best, the three put on wide smiles as they acknowledged the shutterbugs and made their way to their waiting car.However, it was a little something in daddy Jonas’ hands that got everyone talking. As Paul and Denise made their exit hand-in-hand, the Jonas patriarch was clicked holding on to a big Tiffany & Co bag which many are assuming, is an engagement present of sorts for their daughter-in-law to be. This is the same jewellery brand that reportedly closed down its London store for Nick to pop the question to Priyanka.

The actress only recently gave the world the first look at her giant rock, a five-carat diamond that could cost around $300,000.

According to reports, it was Priyanka's family who insisted on hosting the Jonas family in India to get formally acquainted with them. If reports doing the rounds are true, then fans can expect a big fat Indian wedding taking place soon as the couple reportedly wants a short engagement. Rumours hint at the couple taking the plunge this October.
