Kamal Haasan makes his Instagram debut

Ahead of the release of his much-awaited ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ trailer on Monday, ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan officially made his debut on Instagram. It's no wonder then that his first post was a fresh new poster of his upcoming thriller. The star earned over 20 thousand followers within hours of his debut on the photo-sharing app.
Notably, Kamal is already active on social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.Ever since he joined Twitter in 2016, he has been vocal about several issues ranging from Jallikattu to the recent Thoothukudi killings.
On the work front, Kamal Haasan’s long-delayed ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ is all set to hit the screens on August 10. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, it also stars Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekhar Kapur, Rahul Bose, Jaideep Ahlawat and Waheeda Rehman in prominent roles.
Directed by Kamal Haasan himself, the sequel is said to be even more exciting than the first part, which went on to become one of the highest grossing Tamil films ever. The actor-turned-politician has announced two more films - ‘Sabash Naidu’ and ‘Indian 2’, after which Haasan is expected to concentrate on a full-time career in politics.
