Rajinikanth to join hands with AR Murugadoss?

Riding high on the success of the recently released ‘Kaala’, superstar Rajinikanth is currently in Dehradun shooting for his forthcoming outing with filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj. While the shooting is progressing at a brisk pace, some interesting news has surfaced online.
The grapevine is abuzz with reports that Rajinikanth is mostly likely to collaborate with AR Murugadoss for an upcoming yet-untitled film.It must be noted that Murugadoss narrated a script to Rajinikanth sometime before. Reports suggest that ‘Thalaivar’ is likely to begin work on his next after wrapping up Karthik Subbaraj’s film.
Currently, AR Murugadoss is busy with ‘Thalapathy 62’ starring Vijay in the lead. On the other hand, Rajinikanth is expected to take the political plunge after finishing his work commitments.
Rajinikanth is expected to wrap up Karthik Subbaraj’s film by this year-end. Being produced by Sun Pictures, the project is made on a massive scale and has music by Anirudh Ravichander. Actor Vijay Sethupathi has landed a pivotal role in film, which is touted to be an action drama.
On the work front, Rajinikanth awaits the release of his long-delayed sci-fi thriller ‘2.0’, directed by Shankar. Also starring Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson and Sudhanshu Pandey, ‘2.0’ has music by AR Rahman.
