CLAIM
A message claiming that a 15 to 20-member-group of Rohingya Muslims has entered Indore city is being circulated on WhatsApp groups in the city. The message that is being shared widely is in Hindi and warns people about this group saying they have weapons with them.

Here's a close translation of the message - "15 to 20 Rohingya Mulsims have come to Indore. They have women and kids with them.
They also carry weapons. They may come (to your houses) at 2 AM or any other time, and you can hear a baby crying. Please don't open the door then. Please forward this to all the groups," and says the message was shared by the Chief Superintendent of Police, Indore.
VERIFICATION AND METHODOLOGY
Times Fact-Check team got in touch with the DIG, Indore Police Harinarayanachari Mishra to know if there is any truth in the claims made in the message circulated.
DIG Mishra rubbished the rumour such a group roaming the city with weapons. He categorically said, "Indore Police has not issued any advisory about a group of Rohingya Muslims roaming around Indore carrying weapons. The message that is being circulated on WhatsApp is absolutely false."
