Exclusive: Bade Achhe Lagte Hain fame Chahatt Khanna to file for divorce; confirms separation

TV actress Chahatt Khanna, who is popular for her role in Bade Acche Lagte Hain, recently made headlines for trouble in her marriage with Farhan Mirza. The actress, who is now a mother of two kids, posted a picture of her daughter, using the hashtag single mom which gave rise to many speculations. However, now the actress has opened up on the entire matter and reveals that she will be soon filing for divorce.
While talking exclusively to the TimesofIndia.com, Chahatt reveals,”Yes, it's true, it has been some weeks that we have been separated. We will be filing for a divorce. I don’t want to comment on what went wrong, the reasons are too personal to be disclosed. I request fans and people to respect our privacy,” stated Chahatt. The actress, who is currently on a sabbatical, added: “I am on a break since then. I will get back to work soon. I just need to focus on my work for good,” she said. When asked about the recent holiday pictures with her hubby on Instagram and the tattoo that she got done, Chahatt cleared, “That vacation we had in June and the tattoo I got it done five years ago, it will be with me forever.”
This is quite contrary to what the actress had said earlier and posted on her social media account. The separation rumours sparked by Chahatt's post had come as a surprise as she recently spent her birthday week with hubby. This is Chahatt's second marriage. She was earlier married to businessman Bharat Narsinghani.
