Ishqbaaz written update, June 14, 2018: Shivaay is upset with Anika

In the latest episode of Ishqbaaz, Bhavya and Gauri are busy with the Eid preparations. They join Farhan and Fiza in the main hall. Anika, Rudra and Om are also seen with them. They talk about Eidi and how husbands gift something to their wives as part of the ritual. Shivaay comes and announces he is going for a meeting. When Anika tries to stop him, he yells at her and leaves.
This leaves Anika confused.Gauri and Bhavya ask her if she had a fight with Shivaay but Anika denies. Later, when she is in her room, Shivaay enters. Anika tells him how much she loves him and how there is no reason for him to be upset. Just then Shivaay shows Anika how he caught hold of a page from her old diary, where she has written unflattering things about him. Anika tells him they were all penned down when she wasn’t even close to him. Shivaay, however, refuses to believe her and tells her he won’t attend the Eid celebrations.
Anika goes to Rudra and tells him the matter. She tells him innocently she had written the truth and Shivaay shouldn’t have been offended by it. Shivaay listens to all this and gets upset. Anika and Rudra then make a plan together to pacify Shivaay’s anger. In the evening, when everyone gathers, Anika dances to some of Shivaay’s favourite songs. He enters the gathering all dressed up and this pleases everyone. He tells them he has not come for Anika, but his friend, Farhan. Anika gets upset on hearing this.
Shivaay dances with Farhan just like the olden days. They hug each other. It is time for Eidi. Om gives Gauri a trophy for being the best wife. This makes the latter emotional and she hugs Om. Rudra gifts a saree to Bhavya as he feels she would look beautiful in it. Farhan gifts a jewellery piece to Fiza. Anika then asks Shivaay for her Eidi. He gives her an envelope which surprises everyone. Rudra comments that no one gives money on Eid. Teary-eyed, Anika opens the letter and this brings the episode to an end.
