Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah written update August 31, 2018: Iyer challenges Jethalal to go to the haunted house

In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Gokuldham society residents put up a sign board and a scare crow in front of the B-wing, to get rid of the ‘darawani dulhan’. Afterwards, they go to Taarak’s house while Abdul and Vicky go back to their respective homes.
In the evening, Jethalal enters the society and is startled by the silence. He sees Vicky talking to someone over the phone as he crosses by.He then finds Abdul’s shop closed, which leaves him surprised. He then spots the entry to B-wing closed and reads the warning. All this leaves him unsettled.
Jethalal suddenly begins to worry about Bapuji and rushes home. He finds the door locked and calls Bapu Ji. After missing his call once (in order to avoid making him worried), Bapu Ji picks up the phone and asks Jethalal to come to Mehta’s house. After Jethalal enters, Bapu Ji and others tell him the tale of the ‘darawani dulhan’. This makes Jethalal scared. He asks Bapu Ji to take rest. Mehta and Jethalal take him to the bedroom.
After they come out, Jethalal scolds Bhide for not informing him about the ghost. Bhide defends himself by telling him that he did call the police. Even Iyer jumps into Bhide’s defence. The former tells Jethalal that he would have not been able to do anything as he is scared of ghosts, himself. Iyer calls Jethalal a coward and asks him to go to Mohanlal’s apartment if he is not scared of ghosts. Jethalal is irked.
