Nandini written update, September 8, 2018: Seiya Nayagi and Nandini trap Purushothaman

In the latest episodes of Nandini, Arun suddenly wakes up in the night and observes Ganga is suffering from fever. He contacts the doctor, who suggests some medicines.
Arun observes Ganga’s feet injury as she walked wearing a footwear made of nails to force Nandini to appear in front of them. Arun applies medicine to Ganga’s feet and asks her to relax.
In the morning, Arun gets a call that his company has slipped from the number one position.Regarding this, he conducts a board meeting.
During this time, an unknown lady visits Arun’s office. That unknown lady inquires about Rajashekar without knowing the fact that Rajashekar is no more. She runs away from the office. Arun tries to find more information about the lady who visited his office.
Nun and Fathers visit the palace to speak about Devasena. As one of them tries to enter the house, something stops him. Then Janaki (spirit) is dragged away from the house.
The Nun says that no other students would talk to Devasena because she speaks to her mom (Janaki's spirit). No one else can see Janaki.
The Nun asks why Devasena isn't playing and with whom she was speaking. Devasena lies to tackle the situation. Later she speaks the truth under pressure. Devasena’s parents Ganga and Arun are being informed about the same.
Arun says that they don’t consider Janaki as a spirit, instead they see her as a god. Ganga says that Janaki helps them.
Arun thinks that Janaki should live with them in the palace. Although he is suggested to keep the spirit away from the palace.
Seiya Nayagi asks Nandini to fight with the Purushothaman (unknown evil power) with Kalachakram. When Nandini says, what would happen if they lose the only Kalachakram they have? Seiya Nayagi says that Nerunji Kudi lord Karuppar will support them.
Seiya Nayagi and Nandini keeps the Kalachakram on the ground to trap Purushothaman. Meanwhile, Purushothaman comes to take the Kalachakram and gets blocked by lord Karuppar. Seiya Nayagi and Nandini catch hold of Purushothaman, but he escapes.
Seiya Nayagi says, he has sprayed the Rakachi Amman magical powder (Kumkum) on Purushothaman. Hence, Seiya Nayagi will get to know the whereabouts of Purushothaman all the time.
Arun and his staff spot the unknown lady who visited the office. But, when they speak with her, she pretends to be someone else. Hence, Arun decides to find out the truth.
